Contact form and qualification of requests
When you fill in the contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message). This data is used solely to handle and respond to your request.
To better understand the context of your request, the form also associates technical browsing data: your IP address and an approximate location derived from it (city, region, country, internet service provider), your browser and device type, as well as your journey on the website before submitting the form (pages viewed, time spent and arrival source). The legal basis for this processing is Doopera's legitimate interest in qualifying and efficiently handling the business requests it receives.
This information is sent by email to the Doopera team only (contact@doopera.com). It is neither resold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for the time needed to process your request and, where applicable, for the duration of our business relationship. The approximate location is obtained through a third-party IP address analysis service, without transmitting the content of your message.
You may exercise your rights over this data at any time (access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction) under the conditions described in the “Exercising your rights” section below.
Hyperlinks and cookies
The website www.doopera.com contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, set up with the authorisation of Doopera. However, Doopera does not have the ability to check the content of the websites visited and assumes no responsibility in this respect.
